JET-IT-TOGETHER PRIVACY POLICY “We” or “us” or “our” refers to Jet-It-Together, LLC (“JIT”). “You” or “your” refers to any user of the JIT Website, including any JIT Club member or any party affiliated with a Club member, friend, family member, pets, or fellow passengers.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of certain information we obtain in the course of your accessing and using the JIT Website and JIT Services (such as user profile data, credit card information, flight preferences, bidding activities, travel itineraries, passenger information, etc. (“Personal and Company Data”) You may access the JIT Website without disclosing any Personal and Company Data. However, you will be required to disclose Personal and Company Data in order to become a JIT Club Member and to make use of the JIT Services. You will be required additionally to give your consent to the terms and conditions of the JIT Club Membership Agreement and Terms of Use, which is available for review on our ‘Join’ page found on our main web site menu.

We will take commercially reasonable steps to maintain the security and privacy of all personal information you may submit to us in the course of using the JIT Website and JIT Services.

Except as provided below, we will not share your Personal and Company Data with third parties. Your use or continued use of the Website or the JIT Services constitutes your consent to the use of all forms of Personal and Company Data as explained in this Privacy Policy. JIT reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and changes will be posted on the Website and will be effective upon posting.

Should you have any questions or comments regarding this Privacy Policy please contact JIT at info @ jet-it-together.com. You may also correct or update any Personal and Company Data you submit by logging in to the JIT Website.

We collect three types of information from JIT Website users:

1. Personal and Company information, such as IP address, a person’s or a company’s name, postal addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, financial information such as credit card numbers or credit information [“status”], billing and collection information (which may be stored and processed by our third party payment processor), any e-mails or other postings of travel preferences or plans, itineraries, etc., any and all of which a user submits to JIT in the course of registering for, or which is generated in the course of using the JIT services, including information regarding affiliated persons or entities using the JIT Services.

2. Aggregate information, which is collected and processed to produce statistical data not identifiable to particular users, and which may possibly disclosed to third parties. This information may be made available or sold to third parties in the sole discretion of JIT. JIT would also use and analyze these data to make improvements to the JIT Website and JIT Services.

3. Select Personal and Company Data, which identifies the persons or companies submitting or generating information, and which JIT may share or sell to third parties, but only with the express consent (“opt in”) of the persons or companies identified by such Personal or Company Data. These data would include user profile information, passenger travel history, travel preferences and destinations. We use such data to offer you travel-related information about third party products and services of interest, promotional materials, notices of special travel or destination events, special offerings to JIT Club Members, and the like.

You understand that if you post a flight search request, or bid on an existing flight, your information may of necessity be shared with other authorized users of the JIT Website, and that JIT cannot assure the security or privacy of any such postings.

JIT retains Personal and Company Data indefinitely, but only for so long as is necessary for its business purposes. JIT may make any and all Personal and Company Data available in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, to establish or support its own legal rights, to defend itself against legal claims of any party, or to enforce the Terms of Use and Club Membership Agreement.

The JIT Website may provide links to external websites of unaffiliated parties. By providing such links JIT does not endorse or promote any such party or assume any liability for its products or services; nor does JIT assume any responsibility whatsoever to you for the content, security or privacy of any external website or any information which you may provide to any such party in the course of your access to or use of an external website.
